JOR Property Ltd is an established Property Maintenance company based in Aberdeen with a rapid growth. We are seeking to expand further with an experienced Roofer, preferably with Building experience to join our reactive/planned business. Works range from rental property maintenance to extension/refurbishment work.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of general roofing work and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
You will also have good interpersonal skills, with a customer focused outlook and be able to work and communicate effectively on your own and as part of a team.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- have good knowledge and experience of tiling, slating, roof repairs, guttering, flat roofing, specialist coatings etc.
- have a high standard of work.
- have a good level of communication / English speaking and reading skills.
- be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
- be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
- hold a valid UK Driving Licence as a company vehicle is provided (personal use is allowed).
The working day is 08:00-16:00 hrs Monday to Friday with a half hour break for lunch.
We operate an easy to use, state of the art, IOS app to track jobs, enabling us to work smarter with real-time communication between our customers, field staff and office. Full training will be provided.
Uniforms are mandatory and will also be provided.
You will benefit from 28 days of holidays, plus one additional day per year of service working for the company.
